Reaching level cap 713

I'm trying to farm to get to the game's lvl cap and i'd like to know from those of you who've farmed runes to get there, what method did you use and how long did it take you.
I'm aware of how many runes are required to reach lvl 713 and I'm using the Palace approach grace to farm runes. At my current rate of 60-70k per reset with no rune increasing items, it would take about 150 hours to reach my goal. I'm not sure which NG im on, but it's definitely not NG3. I'm looking for any suggestions on farming the 1.6 bil runes that would be faster than my current rate of progression, and if going into a higher NG tier would net better results.

You are elden ring and so can me.

Getting to max level can take anywhere between 300-700 hours depending on your strategy.

I don't think anyone's tried to speedrun max level, but I'm sure you can piece together an efficient route. I just did the farm via Mohg's napkin.

Wtf, I'm at ng+5 lv 209 and game feel to easy, i dropped 10 point to give myself some challenge

Why would you even want to do this

NG5 with only lv 209 sounds damn challenging. I am still at NG1 and lv 95 the game feel just about okay. What is your build??? My build is pure strength and claymore

No it's not but think you're talking about vigor, the problem you get 2-3 shot in this game after reaching the 2nd half
I use whatever weapon i like but my main build is str with faith and then endurance, used a great greatsword with bloodhound step for big bonk damage and quick evasion and on right hand 2 night rider glaive with flaming strike for fast attack, on left arm i use erdtree seal for incantation(buff spells and some cool looking incan only for cosmetic purpose)
Only use armour for fashion
My vigor is 50 so i can take 3-4 hits easily
Don't remember talisman but i use rotten wing and turtle talisman alway

Well its a well known fact that 99% of level 700+ guys are just cheaters. (1% are playing this game for more than 1000h with mostly the same char for whatever reason)
you are using the fastest non exploit method there is.
Moghwin Ledge with an AOE weapon on NG+X

if you finish Ng7+ naturally you will be around level 250-300.

Thats still a lot more than 100h+ of pure "best method" farming away from 700+
you tell me someone was doing 100h+ of -> kill all Mohgwyn Albinaurics in couple seconds -> reset , /repeat for 150h straight `?

Nah i dont believe this.

99% just used grand merchant and gave themselfs 99x Lord's Rune for 5 Million in 10 seconds.
and even this will take ~ 1h of repeatin the same thing over and over again

You can get about 9 - 9,5 million runes per hour from that one specific grind spot entering Mohg's area. With a whole bunch of golden fowl feet, you can reduce it by quite a lot of time but you do need to collect them. Now collecting them will literally not reduce any time spent on getting runes, it's about a tie. However, it's a change of scenery and does help with your sanity somewhat. So in total it will take.... like 170 hours to get that amount of runes?

Now, is it worth it?, oh hell no not at all. Once you've hit the soft caps you barely notice a difference in upgrading those stats. For a bunch of stats it's 60 or 80, vigor is 60, endurance is 50 for stamina and 60 for carry weight, i'd say depending on build you're pretty much done with secondary stuff at 60. In total, if you're about lvl 400, there really isn't anything worth to put into anymore as it just doesn't give anything substantial. If you min max you're pretty much are done at about lvl 200 - 250ish.

If you wanna go for it, go for it, i'm not stopping you and hell i might go for it myself one day cause why not. But do know, it's a waste of time, and this is coming from someone who has completed a whole bunch of wasteful things in games.

Took me nearly 2k hours, hundreds of co-op Malenia/Radagon kills all together with friends and randoms, 45 NGs without losing my runes, devouring every single rune consumable i farmed in the 2k hours and of course a albinauric genocide while watching movies in my other screen.

I had to grind a lot of damn frogs to make it.......but didnt go nuts and farmed them doing anything else like you probably OP are thinking to do...

Have fun whatever you decide to do, thats all what matters and just keep playing the game. After the DLC launch we will probably go back to the days of more than 100k (muuuuch more) people playing Elden Ring, thats more co-op and PVP, both valid ways of farming runes without having to turn this in a RT spam.

if someone would farm the frogs in moghwyns palace to get to lvl 713 how long would this aproximately take (if they are using gold pickled fowl food and golden scarab)?
