Capital rampart entry still closed even after 3 runes

I'm on ng+3, i beat 2 rune boss then went to leyndell but entry gate is still blocked
Then i go beat rykard, now have 3 runes and seal is still there
I think my game is bugged anyone know any skips i can perform to enter

Try going through Deathroot depts, theres a portal in Fia champions arena, and the Depth are acessible through Gargoyle duo boss in Nokron

you need to talk to enia in the roundtable hold next to the 2 fingers.

just for your interest, both entrances are still closed even if you beat every boss/miniboss and kill every bigger npc that is killable.

ups have to edit , i messed up some quests, so i should not include that.

Game starts to break if you're boss rushing,though i did access it i open a chest at tower of reture which teleport me to lyendel lift then i use taunter tongue let myself invaded and let invaded bring me the lift
