Does lightning resistance scale with any attribute?

The other non-phys resistances scale with specific stats (according to the in game help)
-Fire Res scales with Vigor
-Magic with Intelligence
-Holy with Arcane
Lightning is the only one that was missed. Did the devs just forget to put it in the tooltip, or does it really not scale with anything? Thanks!

No. Not sure why, but this is one reason lightning is considered the best damage type for PvP.

fire scales with streng, holy with faith, Int for magic and sleep, Arcane for bleed and poison/rot and lightning with dex. The reason why lightning its good for pvp its becasuse lightning resistance its usually the lower resistance on medium/heavy armour and its gets buffed when in rains or standing on water the oppsosite happens with fire damage.
