So I can't find Blaidd

So I started Ranni's questline and I know Im supposed to go to Mistwood Ruins for Blaidd, but he isn't there. Now, I already have the Bloodhound Blade, so I thought maybe that just moved him along, so I went underground and I didn't see him down there either.

So, uh, what do I do?

Well I know he's there, but Im trying to do Ranni's quest lol

I do Ranni quest by meeting Ranni in her tower and if you made to altus then festival is active and Blaidd is there.

use the snap emote at the ruins, you get it from kale.

I did that and he's not there, I also don't see him standing at the top of the ruins

When you have triggered the Radahn Festival already, then Blaidd will be there and won't show up in Ranni's Tower. This doesn't matter for her quest. The quest will continue after killing Radahn.

It doesn't really matter for her quest. Just continue with the next steps.

Check Siofra River.
Also iirc you need to talk to his ghost, like to Iji's and Seluvis's, in Ranni's Tower once you agree to serve her. She wouldn't let you out anyways if you didn't speak to ghosts but worth checking.
Another idea, if you already defeated Dariwil, Blaidd should be near the gaol anyways.
And last, as some said already, he will be in Redmane for the festival and it doesn't matter if you didn't talk to him earlier, the quest will pick up from there normally.

Ok, Ill go check around the Gaol a bit more see if he's there and then check underground.
