I'm waiting for the DLC for a NG cycle soo could be a while.

Willing to trade something you need, have done basically all quests etc except patches n this one in this play thru

Try carrying out absolution at Miriel's church. If you're not sure how, Miriel gives instructions. You just need a Celestial Dew, of which there are several floating around all over in the game.
