This depends on your progress in the game and in her questline. Use a Celestial Dew in Church of Vows, then check the Waypoint Ruins. Atleast when you're in early game she'll be there. Sellen is the only NPC who can get revived this way.

Edit: I checked your achivements. So yes, you can revive her. For now just keep it in mind and don't worry about it. At first you need to find a Celestial Dew and the Church of Vow in the second area of the game ( Liurnia).

Most NPCs if you kill you cant revive, if you hit them you can de agro them as silent has told you. 1st time hearing she can be revived so you maybe lucky as doing her quest to the end you get the spiral shard spell cheap to use big on hits

Then you need also to do her quest. But at the end you side with Jerren and fight against Sellen. You'll get a great reward for your melee playstyle.
