Can save data be transferred from Steam to PS5?

I know its a long shot asking here, but i was hoping there was a way. Cause I'd beaten Elden Ring on Steam and did a lott of grinding. To play on my ps5, i gotta start from scratch. Which I'm already doing. lol

you cant even transfer save data from 1 steam account to another >-< (Unless you use tools specifically created by users to enable that)
Game checks for Steam Account flag on pc before loading a save

The save file (which can contain several characters) must have the same Steam flag as your Steam account or the save wont load

Bro you can transfer between save accounts. It's not that hard to use ER save editor and change the steam ID lol. Or you can do it manually like me by copying the save data over, then search for the old ID and overwrite with the new ID. And then calculate the new MD5 checksum for the save data and overwrite that too.

Also if you have the ps4 version of ER then you can transfer your save. All you have to do is copy the save file from ps4 to usb. Then on your computer you can manually overwrite the ps4 save data with your pc data(You can use ER save editor for this too). And then copy back to ps4 lol.

Also apparently the ps5 version of the game can do this too? I haven't had a chance to check. When I get access to my ps5 again I will update you. Anyways have fun bois.
