more than 60 fps ?

I just bought elden ring today, I play on 144 hz monitor so yeah its preety bad playing stuck at 60, after some research I see that I can unlock the fps more than 60, but then i give up on online, is there a way to unlock the fps and also play online? At least to get all signs and messages which make the game more enjoyable as a new player.

as long as ur monitor has freesync or gsync 60 fps is perfectly fine

You can perfectly enjoy Elden Ring with 60 FPS. As me and more than 20 million people did.

You can play online with FPS unlocked but you may get banned. On a side note I play on a 165 Hz monitor and the game is buttery smooth

unfortunately you cant unlock the fps unless you play offline with mods. the dark souls games are also locked to 60 fps on pc.

something that might help is to download msi afterburner, then set an fps cap in rivatuner to 60 fps, then keybind the overlay toggle so it isnt showing while you play.

now you should have very stable frametime which will make your game look smoother.

If the game is stable enough dont even complain this game has bad optimization like imagine changing to old gen version of the game on next gen consoles for smooth 60

Disable EAC --> Fix your game --> Download seamless coop --> play with your friends without console limitations.

All you're missing out on by doing this is random invasions and having to re-summon your friend 9000 times.
