Not getting remembrances?

Just beat the ancestral deer thing in Nokron, and I didn't get the remembrance?? I got the achievement for beating it, the runes for it, but the remembrance isn't appearing in my inventory.

Same thing happened with other bosses too like Rennala, and I cant seem to duplicate the remembrances at mausoleums. I tried verifying the integrity of the game files to see if that'd fix anything, but no luck. Nothing online was too helpful either. Im about to fight Radahn next, but Im worried I won't get his remembrance either. Any help or advice on how to fix this?

well the Ancestor Spirit you killed doesn't drop a remembrance - it drops some spirit ashes, but I have no idea why you didn't get one from Rennala

Thats weird, if you only care about the weapons you can have someone give them to you, but i also recommend the Grand Merchant mod, it essentially allows you to get everything on the game for free, including spells, so you can use that for situations like this.

Or to get weapons/armor that have idiotically small drop rates.

Try reinstalling the game, see if that helps

I had the same "problem" on my third playthrough. Then I carefully checked my chest and found all the "missing" remembrances there. Simple as that.

renalla does allow you to respec your character, so her remembrance is that of rebirth. and on another note, there are more than a couple bosses that wont drop a remambrance, but instead drop, talismans, ashes or just recources. hope that helps a bit.

damn you have 1500+ hours in ER and you have forgotten a remembrance?

Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor drops from the flying deer in nokron. hes not wrong.

they only defeated the Ancestor Spirit, not Regal

i mean i would mix em up very easily. deer is a deer!

he did beat Rennala tho. so wheres that remembrance gone to 🤔

and yeah ancestor spirit is not in Nokron as he claims...
