Frenzied Flame Seal: Bad? *SOLVED*

Edit: Elden Ring is a wild game. Such an intense journey for players to go on.

First I'll say: I got game on Playstation, so don't be confused by the lack of Elden Ring in my library.

It was super difficult but I managed to trot along all the lands between and got my hands on this awesome sounding weapon: Seal of the Frenzied Flame.
It promises 4 times the power by giving you 4 character stats to increase the power of it. But honestly, the thing was a big let down. I used the larval tear and put 30 points in all 4 stats and still the thing hits like a Nerf dart. Even using the spells that it said to use with it barely makes them stronger than the other seals I was using. (Dragon Communion and Golden Order seals)
I came here to ask because I only have one larval tear left...

My question: Am I missing some sort of way to make this seal stronger? Is it a joke or some sort of story reason, like did I fall for the power deception of frenzy?

Did you upgrade the seal to +10? its supposed to be good at that level with using spells

It is the third best seal with optimal stats but requires a weird mix of stats to make it really good. We can openly say that it is the third best seal of the game, and the spells like frenzied burst are actually amazing.

Picture casting this with double frenzied flame seals, Godfrey icon, flame grant me strength and faithful flock talisman.....best snipping tool in the whole game.

But anyways, if this is your first rodeo i recomend you to focus in something else. I know the whole Super Mario bros part jumping from grave to grave was dismal and painful....and this is what you get as reward.....but use whatever your stats allow.

Edit: You can always use the seal as off-hand to get the 20% pasive bonus to frenzied flame school of incantations and cast with other seal giving more raw incantation power.

While it offers scaling with any stat, it also has terrible scaling in general, other seals can easily be A or S scaling, but this one is only reaches B on Faith and C on everything else, even at +10.

I only had the resources to get it to +9 but hesitant to make it +10 if I get the chance.

Yes, the stats demand makes my Gaurdian Swordspear quite bad so I think I will use the Order seal for now.

No way... That blows my mind. So you are saying if I just hold the seal it boosts damage, it doesn't have to cast it? So I could use the Dragon Communion sealto cast and if I just hold Golden Order seal I can get boosted Golden Order spells with Arcane scaling?!

Some seals grant a passive 20% to certain school of incantation. Just by having it equiped so yes, cast with whatever seal gives you more incantation power and have the other one just for the pasive bonus.

Later you should aim to dual-wield whatever seal you want to get double bonus, they stack.

Any Seal and Staff that has a buff to a specific school work like this yeah.

The same applies to certain weapons with similar effects, like Cinquedea, or Sword of Milos.

All items with that effect work like that and you can double up on them. having 2 meteor staffs in your hands would increase your gravity spells by 78% for example

Now I want to make a fully magic focused character. And use two of the digger staves to drill at maximum effect
