Rdr2 is a dx 11 game.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dURrK4-11Q
Refund the game for now and think about upgrading your machine. You'll need a new motherboard though, most likely.
the game needs at least windows 10 version build 1803 what means it supports only the DX 11 API because with 1803 the dx 12 specific API is not existent at windows 10.
the DX12 specific API commands (12_0) where introduced with a later build of windows what means it supports only dx 11 api commands.
And / or RAM bottlenecked. Zen+ CPUs officially only support RAM speeds up to 2933MT/s. The Ryzen 2600 has a max boost of only 3.9GHz. Upgrading to Zen2 or especially Zen3 and upgrading to faster RAM makes a huge difference.
plus ur cpu bottlenecked. idk im saying this because, when i had a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ super bottlenecked pc some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ athlon cpu paired with a gtx 970. in BF4 for some reason if i try to squeeze out more usage to my gpu by increasing some settings. i will get more fps but since your settings are soo low your pretty much making ur cpu doing most of the work.even doe its weak lmao
