What is the minimum you need to do to beat the game?

Without using exploits.
My understanding is that it is:

Stranded Graveyard -> Godrick the Grafted -> Rennala -> Volcano Manor -> Abductor Virgins -> Draconic Tree Sentinel -> Godfrey Golden Shade -> Morgott -> Fire Giant -> GodSkin Duo -> Maliketh -> Godfrey -> Radagon -> Elden Beast

Is that it? Did I miss anything? Can you skip any of those or make it faster?

Well yes but isn't that the fastest way to get from Rennala to the Draconic Tree Sentinel?
Use the teleported under Raya Lucaria to go from there to Volcano Manor. Defeat the Abductor Virgins under Volcano Manor to get to Altus Plateau.

You need to kill 2 demigods to get into the city. So whichever are the two fastest or easiest. I killed radahn and i think rykard my first playthrough.

to clear the game as fast as i can usually involves killing godrick --> rennala --> morgott -->fire giant --> maliketh,gideon,godfrey,radagon boss rush and thats it

edit: yes this includes red wolf of radagon (academy), draconic sentinal & golden godfrey (capital), and godskin duo (farum). i just deem those as mini bosses
