Even if I just have cosmetic mods installed and no mods that give me an advantage or anything that changes gameplay, will I still get banned for using mods? And what if I want to switch to online some day; will I have to remove my mods? Thank you
In essence, yes. Tho if you use mod engine 2, you'll automatically launch in offline with the mods on, and launching the game with the normal launcher will launch it with the mods off. There's also seamless if you want to get technical with it.
Thank you for your reply. If I do decide to mod, I will look into that mod engine 2 manager. The risk still makes me a little nervous though so I will probably stick to my modded single player Bethesda games as for modding
Yes you're right, it only has coop features, I have only played 30 minutes TBH but I saw I could see other players' messages and blood stains. Obviously there are servers that I am connecting to when I play, so I immediately became weary at the idea of installing mods. Game is super fun from the first 30 minutes I played BTW.
From what I've read from around here getting banned only prevents you from playing online and you can still play offline. Others might have better insight on the matter tho.
Ok bro, appreciate your responses :-D
You're only able to play with people who download Seamless Co-op and share your password with. Seamless Co-op completely removes the multiplayer aspect of the game and turns it into something like Borderlands 2.
I don't understand the thinking process of some people, ngl
