Your PC is the problem; probably Windows, some dependency, a driver, or a background app.
Again, use Windows Event Viewer and search "Elden Ring" for crash logs. Copy / paste the newest log here.

DDU isn't that scary. Watch a quick vid tutorial if unsure. The purpose is to ensure a fully clean installation of GPU driver in case of a dirty release or incomplete cleanup from prior update.
No dice. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still crashed the second i hit a key
Also getting this in Event Viewer:
Windows cannot load the extensible counter DLL "C:\WINDOWS\system32\sysmain.dll" (Win32 error code The specified module could not be found.).
Look up and use Ghostbuster to remove ghosted devices as well. Trying to narrow down cause; if new driver didn't fix it and you're getting OS level errors, there's a chance your windows install is borked
A deeper analysis is needed.
Is ther some undervolting or massive overclocking in use ?
The crash of elden ring points to a incompatible Software in Background or core driver fault all other crash logs point to a massive instability.
Right click windows icon
open Powershell (admin)
type: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Also, try resetting the BIOS to default. Save a profile of current settings if feature is available, to switch back if nothing changes. Gotta check hardware too.
A lot of what you've described will arise in a system with questionable RAM overclock settings. If your system has had XMP on for a long time, and it's not mega-stable, odds are that occasional erroring has caused extensive OS damage. XMP is a "just toggle on for more performance 4Head" setting, generally due to lack of QVL support for the kits most users pair with motherboards. I'm not saying it's this, but it should not be ruled out yet
