Mouse flickering in menus

Mouse keeps flickering when using any menu inventory etc between ingame and desktop mouse

The graphics and pointer device drivers are often responsible for the flickering. You may update them using the steps below: Step 1: Right-click the Start menu and click Device Manager. Step 2: Expand the Display adapters category, right-click your driver, and click Update driver.

everything is up to date this system is only 1 week old yes checked drivers before this aswell had the same issue on my previous PC

everything is up to date this system is only 1 week old yes checked drivers before this aswell had the same issue on my previous PC

what specs you had at the old system and what at the new system ?

old: gtx960 4gb i5-6400 16gb ram

New: gtx1080ti i7-8700 16gb ram

both have a intel iGPU, i would try if deactivate them in device manager and reboot helps.
