Demigod dilemma

What the ♥♥♥♥ are the demigods on to be that massive, it's impressive enough for malenia to be 8' but why the hell is radahn over 25'. Along with the Godfrey and godrick who are massive compared to the tarnished. Then on the opposite side of the spectrum we have ranni (and im pretty sure miquella) who are shorter than the player.

No one really knows for sure. Speculation is that it has to do with the great runes they have. Another theory is that radagon is part giant so his children have the potential to be massive in size.
Also ranni is not miq as they are stated to be separate people; ranni being born of rennala's and radagon's union and miq being born with his twin from radagon's and marika's union. Another thing to take note of; ranni's actual body is relatively tall. What you're talking to is a doll she possessed, her real body is ontop of her divine tower.

They aren't humans, why would they need to be human sized?

Maybe they're the same race as Gwyn and chums.

It's a standard rpg trop for mobs with stats buff to "boss" mob to just be bigger as well. It a very basic and easy way to tell the player that they have padded hp pools.

Not saying they have to be human size, I'm just wondering why their height varies so much. Radahn is much taller than rannis real body and I pretty sure taller than rykard and taller than both of his parents. Malenia seems to be the only demigod of normal height in relation to her parents

His aged body? I don't think so, ingame cutscene shows him still an infant when mohg took him from the halig tree. His adult size is probably due to mohg/the formless mother. Unless you mean his curse of youth?

Will also address this part, specifically godrick. Godrick isn't that tall. You see the remains of his real body being stomped on by gustoc after beating him. All the rest of what you fought were parts of other tarnished grafted onto him. As for Godfrey, he just lifts alot and never misses leg day

Pure speculation on my end: he lost alot of his blood during the fight, specifically from p2, and the curse of omens is blood related. This caused him to lose most of his omen features and look atrophied.
