Poor performance on RTX 3080Ti
Kinda a rant, kinda an ask for help. I've done so much from what forums and youtube clips say to do to optimize gameplay and performance. The game constantly lags and stutters and sometimes freezes completely. Its not unplayable, but given the type of game this is, the best frame rates and performance makes the world of difference, especially on a good GPU and 16GB+ of RAM.

Actual fix: Disable your e-cores on your processor via your BIOS. I have a 12900k +3080ti and had constant stutters. With those disabled all of my stutters went away.

Your GPU doesn't really matter, the game is very CPU intensive, post your full specs.

Poor performance has nothing to do with 3080TI

my 2080TI only draws 98w and runs at 52c in ER because it only needs 1/3 of what it can actually do to produce stable 60fps at WQHD all settings maxed (motion blur off , ray tracing off)

So your card is 40% faster than mine and mine is almost "idle" and can still produce 60fps no problem.

Its much more likley
problem is . EAC, Windows , Driver related , E-cores, ramspeed or something.

Most common problem on this forum was too weak CPU, CPU overheating or RAM being too slow without xmp/docp activated.

RAM and CPU are strongly connected so ideally they are balanced. Slow RAM affects CPU bottlenecks.

this nvidia control panel guide fixed my fps no more stuttering or spells dropping fps just ignore whole image sharpening and msaa part from the video: https://youtu.be/9IaES0HIizc?feature=shared

Funny thing is i watched the video and it litteraly does nothing in terms of fps ?

So how can it fix your fps
lol
So I've had this problem with multiple games on one PC vs another where it didn't have any issues and the only thing different between the two was the motherboard and the PSU. I'm thinking it has something to do with either the GPU getting enough power to catch up with the processing demand or maybe the quality of the RAM connections on the motherboard. the easiest fix is probably to get an overpowered power supply from a friend and try it out for a few hours... other than that, idk what to tell you except maybe try uninstalling the game, flashback the BIOS then reinstalling the game.
