I recommend using unalloyed for some extra mods if you're experienced player, it'll add plenty of stuff in addition of Seamless to make the experience "fresh".
Every mod in unalloyed is optional.
Fog gate randomizer
Enemy randomizer
Item randomizer
Clever's Moveset Modpack which makes many "bad" weapons worth trying for their new and more fitting movesets,
Elden Ring Reforged which just adds tons of new stuff and difficulty options
Rings of Talent which adds rare, powerful and unique rings to the game
And of course it has the Seamless Co-op.
