Having an empty save after reinstalling the game

Hello community !
After experiencing stuttering with the game, I decided to reinstall it entirely.
Everything went fine until I decide to log and continue my save as it doesn't remains any, and it all looks like deinstalling the game wiped out all my characters.
Is it a trick by which I could restore my saves or is it all gone ?

Why aren't they doing both local and cloud saves ?
Well I'll Uninstall the game and I don't think from software will have my money for the DLC, I had stuttering during a wide part of my playthrough since recent patches and this wipe is the cherry on the cake.

They do! At least for me. Cloud saves are always active + there's a local save file.

Edit: you need to enable cloudsaves. If you start the game, and it uploads the new saves, it'll overwrite the old.
Maybe you don't have it enabled and it will sync up properly!

Start the game from beginning enjoy this awesome game once more and this time after each time of playing copy the Elden Ring folder from <appdata/Roaming> folder and save it somewhere else and after that each time you play do the same thing overwrite again so now if someday you lost everything you'll just copy and paste your saves so you'll never lose any game data again...
This is what i did after losing 100hrs of my playing and nothing worked for me...
