HDR will randomly be washed out...
Does this happen to anyone else? This has happened to me more than once, and now won't go away. I start the game (I have HDR ON, Windows 10, no auto HDR). Once the HDR loads after pressing button, it just goes completely white/washed out and there's nothing i can do to fix it except for turning HDR OFF.

I've tried restarting and turning HDR on and off. Is there any fix for this?

FYI I'm using my TV, through HDMI as second screen (Second screen only, laptop screen off).

Same problem here. Only thing that works is rebooting my PC. Then HDR will work for while but if I play another game or watch a YT video full screen Elden Ring HDR breaks again and I have to reboot. Doesn't make any sense.

Wow you're lucky. Mine doesn't work no matter what I do :(

Disable HDR in Windows.
Enable HDR in Elden Ring.
Open Nvidia Control Panel and enable imagine scaling.
Disable image scaling again.

HDR should work consistently if you go through these steps.

Honestly, unless you've got an extremely good screen with better than the usual HDR, the setting just isn't worth it. It messes up so many things with regards to recording video, screenshots, video playback, and games.
