Missing Save Files??

I installed the game on a new pc and my saves file are missing? im stuck with a lvl 78 account when i clearly finished the game b4.

any suggestions on what is going on? i doubt i can retrieve my saves maybe from the pc i originally played?

if you got the old save file

If you haven't deleted your files on your old pc, you can still get the saves files.
Type "%appdata%" on the Windows search bar, go to "EldenRing" and then "76561198059956636" (something like that).
You can then copy the "ER0000.sl2" and "ER0000.sl2.bak" (just in case).

Managed to recover the old save and import it into my current pc. Tks for the help guys!
