Draw aggro(?)

I'm done with my 11th playthrough and i just started to help random players beating malenia.
To make life easier for them i wear the duelist helm cause it draws the enemie's attention.
Or does it?
I didn't notice anything like that.
Was it patched out of the game?

I have no idea, but I just throw knives to get aggro.

In my limited testing, it seems like a lesser version of the Shabriri Talisman.

For Malenia, I use throwing knives to try to keep aggro. Of course, even this doesn't stop magic spamming hosts from getting themselves killed pretty quickly.

Do you have the Shabriri's Woe talisman? That also seems to have the same aggro drawing effect.

Even still though it seems like this talisman works 50% of the time. Even when I am clearly doing the most damage, bosses will just give up and attack another player. Idk it’s weird
