Greatsword Lightning / MEGS Arcane Build

So.
I am currently on my 3rd and 4th build/run and I am currently not sure what I want out of them entirely.

1. I know I wanna do a Lightning-Damage run, but since it has no associated buildup, I need to be careful about how I play it.
Apparently Lightning Damage on Infusion scales with Dex but Lightning Incants scale on Faith.

So What I am currently thinking is Thunderbolt AoW with a Keen Lordsworn GS + Electrify Armament with a Faith>Dex>Str Stat priority.

Is there anything else to look out for?

2. The 2nd Build would be using MEGS (Marais Executioners Greatsword) with Rotten Winged Insignia, Alexanders Shard, and Godfrey Icon. But I dunno what to accompany it with.
Either a Greatshield (even though I prefer Parrying), Powerstance with a Bleed/Occult Flamberge (or maybe a different GS altogether?) or Dragon Communion Incants (Greyolls roar / Rot Breath?)

Which do y'all think would be better?

Thats so late in game, I dunno if it's worth taking. Also It means being unable to use electrify armament, because it's stuck to Cragblade (also I dont like Thrusting Swords)
