I also have no issues here on my AMD build since day one.
Honestly, if your system is that good, I can't see a reason why it wouldn't work. Perhaps you should create a ticket with Bandai for further support.
When I contacted them at launch, they recommended playing the game in borderless window mode rather than full screen. It wasn't a game-changer, but it did run a little better. I can't say whether that trick still works today, but it did a year ago.
You free to believe whatever you want about my PC as well, I'm not the one having issues with Elden Ring.
Plus unlike you I have video evidence for my claims, since I stream every week.
I'm sure the other games do indeed run great on that rig. Elden Ring runs poorly for everyone that doesn't own it. There's no way around that.
