For damage you'd mostly want arcane and dex, and you don't need to put many points into Mind or Endurance because reduvia's skill is cheap and daggers are light.
Usually I just see which stat provides more AR for my main weapon. Early on, both Dex and Arcane are probably going to scale well, but I think Dex will fall off earlier than Arcane for a Reduvia or anything Blood or Occult infused.
Reduvia also good for an early bleed dagger
