A lil Seamless Coop mod question.
So recently, i started playing Elden Ring, because my friend mentioned of this mod and what not, and also i wanted to learn how to play Elden Ring properly by having a person nearby that knows how to play this game (Spoiler: I still suck, but i am in love with the game :) )

But in middle of my playthrough with my friend, i wondered: How is it playing with like a decent number of players?
I dont know what the limit of players is for the mod, but lets say, how is a 4-5 player coop? How screwed is the enemy scaling? How (chaotic) fun is it? Does it somehow make it more difficult than playing with just 2 players?
Asking just to satisfy my curiosity.

The limit is 3 if I recall.
You're already playing on easy mode with two people.

6 player coop with the mod, has the highest difficulty scaling with the seamless coop together mod, in the earlier version of the mod you could play with others together, that was fantastic and not to easy how some people would see it. with the newer versions you can play to up to 6 players, and i must say didnt played it yet with 6 players but with 3 others ist was great.

greetings

you can change the difficulty while sitting at a site of grace with the mods on. There are co op difficulties for the different amount of players. Regardless of what you pick though the game will still be too easy

Ive been playing a 4 player coop. Your gonna want to set a few rules and limits to keep the game balanced, especially with spirit ashes. Another thing we also set was a limit to people using blood loss. All in all i actually thing they did a decent job with the mod scaling the enemies and the games been really fun in general playing with friends. Would love to see something like this in the next souls game with some official scaling done.

Just make rules before you play and you have to have 3 friends obviously.

Rules for example could be stuff like no spirit ashes, or npc summons.

Its not necessairy needed. I personally like the chaos of 4+ashes.
