S-tier for sure when used with weapons that are already good for breaking stance.
I always use a dagger with Golden Vow ash of war. And flame grant me strength incant.
for buffing damage.
Maybe bloodflame to add some bleed build up
claymore and bastard or lordsworns greatsword work great with this because they both have 16 str 10 dex stat requirements which is very low for 2-handing such strong weapon, with damage comparable if not better than the zweihander for instance. i recommend keeping the claymore in your right hand because its stabbing R2 is such a great option for various situations, especially pvp fights.
i mainly play on a lvl 16 hero that uses 2 banished knight greatswords with flaming strike, plus the fire physic tear and flame grant me strength and all together mades for combined attack rating of 1060, plus claw talisman which makes it roughly 1200. its a really great way to do tons of damage as a furled finger in coop while still leaving you plenty of points for vigor.
lightning slash, flaming strike, chilling mist, sacred blade are the main weapon arts i use with dual greatswords, and all of them are very powerful options. like the other guy said, if you want to just wield the claymore then bloodflame blade is a good choice. cant go wrong with golden vow/flame grant me strength in most builds really.
It scales its speed and range with the weapon you're using so you could experiment with putting it on the claymore for slow sweeps or on a katana or dagger sidearm for some really fast hits.
