So the problem is the cpu? damn if is it i think there is nothing to do.Next years will buy a decent pc xD
And yeah a desktop PC is a better way to go for games that are either graphically intensive or just not well optimized. Sorry about that fam.
Your money is much better spent on a desktop.
At least they managed to make one of the worst Ray Tracing implementations ever.
I have an i7 9750H 2.60Ghz
a GTX 1650

thanks mate but i tried those too,as i said i can run the game like to 40/50 fps but for me game like this have to be played with stable and fluid fps
16GB RAM how many modules and which frequency is used ?
I'm not good with technical language but with the task manager the ram is used at 70%/80 when i play
in the taskmanager you have a tab performance there you can click at memory now you can see at the right side below the graphs how many modules are installed and which frequency they work at.
DB is asking about your RAM speed, not the amount of RAM being used. You can see it in task manager by pressing Ctrl-Shift-ESC and then selecting the Memory Tab. Your current RAM speed should be shown toward the bottom right of the window.
Personally, I like to use CPU-Z as it provides a lot more info about your core PC technicals and assists with performance troubleshooting:

^This is a screenshot of the memory tab in CPU-Z with much more specific RAM speed, configuration, and timing info.
His CPU aint ever going to be a bottleneck for a 3050 Ti.
His setup should run this game just fine.
While that used to be in the paste, thats currently not the case.
The only thing that you spoke of are true, are that theyr hard to upgrade and it could have heating issues.
Fact is components arnt that much worse.
This is genuinely good advice for PCs with hybrid graphics, though if the iGPU were being utilized there wouldn't be a gradual decline in performance, rather a sudden inexplicable drop in performance. Intel's iGPUs are all vastly inferior to a 3050Ti.
Bottlenecks aren't incumbent upon CPU and GPU combinations, rather they occur based on the software the user is attempting to run. Considering that ER is much more reliant on CPU and RAM bandwidth, there's little wonder that he's having performance issues.
The 3050Ti is fine for ER so long as it doesn't get pushed too hard. It ideally can handle 1080p High preset with perhaps Grass Quality dropped to Medium. This doesn't remove the CPU and RAM bottlenecks though as the game really does need a CPU with 6 or more cores and good IPC as well as RAM running at around 3000MT/s in dual channel operation.

^This screenshot depicts per-core utilization and a quad core CPU will be overwhelmed with the number of draw calls this game makes at any given moment.
