I think I'll stick with 9 dex and 66 strength and hope the DLC brings some weapons that interest me. (Or just better strength weapons)
Quality builds won't really start to shine until 60 STR and 60 DEX and generally continues to scale well up to 80 STR and 80 DEX. Mind you that this won't apply to all weapons. On the flip side, some will continue to scale somewhat decently until 99 STR and 99 DEX. Obviously this is for a NG+ playthrough and why I think Quality builds should be used only in NG+ to make any sense.
Thanks, that's a shame as I will be only leveling to 120 pr 150. Whatever the population pvp and co op range is
that is, of course, if you don't give up on vigor and/or endurance.
at level 200 though, with ~70 STR and DEX, quality weapons hit HARD.
