ssao glow still in the game (graphical issue)
i really want to love the game and enjoy it, but i mostly can't because of these graphical issues that are in the game since launch and never got fixed yet.

basically, if you turn ssao off - the game looks really bad, if you turn it on medium - you get moving shadows/textures at some points which doesnt look good too and all above that makes the glow effect around your char, enemies and even objects so strong, that you can't ignore it at all.

(its not that noticeable in like buildings or some map parts but especially at the start map part its often very strong and annoying. and its really weird that this never got any fix even after one year)

Do you have the ray tracing option enabled?

as I said, this issue is in the game since launch. ray tracing wasn't a thing since some updates, so no. have it off because of the heavy impact it has on your frames, even if it makes the game look better even on lowest setting.
but i tested it out, like nearly every other setting too.

Yeah, my point was about asking if the RT option solve the ssao graphic glitch, if you keep the same graphics settings.

Shadows are also very broken in a lot of places, solved by enabling the RT option.

In general, i think that the RT option came in, to solve a lot of global illumination glitches, but unfortunately as you said, the option is useless since too taxing.

I also run RT off.

Some really late answer, but since it's still a thing in the game and as you say RT would help a bit.. I really hope, now that the DLC is announced.. that they will add DLSS and FSR into the game, with it's release. Since that would help a lot for those kinds of problems and in some games DLSS helps to remove some ghosting issues, at least at my end.
