Same here. Could've readily been Kojima's magnum opus for the series (taking the crown from Snake Eater), but Kojima had to go full auteur huffing his own farts, and here we are.

Also, David Hayter is Snake. Full stop. Yes, I know why the voice is different for narrative reasons, but Kojima did Hayter dirty because Kojima's a shameless fame-♥♥♥♥♥♥.
