someone should kill them with wave of gold as many times as possible in a certain time frame, in multiple different NG cycles, and at the end see which one yielded more runes.
by the way there's a caveat. if you do it at night (in the game of course) some albinaurics could spawn with glowing eyes, which means that they would give 5x the amount of runes. this is completely random so you could have none at all for all the"runs" or even multiples at every run. so I'd advise to make these tests both during the day and during the night, for each NG cycle. that way you can see which cycle is better if no albinauric gives extra runes and then check if by chance there's one that's by far the best for farming at night. though you would need to have a roughly equal amount of glowing eyes albinaurics for each test... could take some time to test properly.
