Dude you.. invading it's almost main mech. of multiplayer
In other souls games you can get invaded even solo, but elden less harder in that, you almost always fighting 2v1 or even 3v1 and with that you complain about its main feature

Literally seamless coop mod, it makes the game way more fun with friends.

Invading is a feature for pvp players, pve players just want to have fun.

Invading is a multiplayer feature, as is co-op.

Elden ring not only PVP or PVE, its multiplayer game, what challenge you, if you summon someone you can make game easier but you get a chance of invading, you can summon BLUE for even more advantage but if invader kills blue he regens flask, so complain about Invaders and seeking ways to play ONLY without them is nonsense

It's a pvpve game.
You can coop with not invaders but you need to cheat for that.

You can play the seamless coop mod as others have suggested, but alternatively, you could try getting better at fighting invaders and enjoy the game for what it is.

If you post your stats and what gives you trouble specifically, people here can make suggestions to help you. In my experience, most new players have a bad stat distribution because stat-wise, there are a lot of noob traps at low levels. If you have a good stat distribution and use your numbers advantage, you will have a lot more success against invaders and might start enjoying the pvp.

I find being overleveled phantom a great way to deal with invaders. When I did a test with new character and would summon players from summon pools both phantoms and invaders were having items from much later areas, but they were most likely guys with some character lvl and weapon lvl range. When I join some folk game with my main character and use blasphemous blade on invader he gets hit for 90% HP usually. Probably it's because host has weapon like +3 or +5 while I have it on +10 which normally would not happen.

This is the type of mentality that people use to justify twinking. You're not helping the problem, just reinforcing it. Honk1 has the right idea, help them fix their build and just run them down 2v1. Between co-op and blues it's already extremely easy to bully invaders.

They try justify twinking because they have to fight two or even three people(not because phantom host is gonna summon late game character). They say it's not twinking if they are just good at the game and could get their items on their own. Whole PvP is just broken and that's it. Invaders getting builds of their choice that they can have for specific bracket, random phantoms doing the same, and it's you the poor host that plays the game with base garbage items and can watch the whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ between the two of them. And overleveled phantom is nothing you can do about. There is no twinking that would help invader beat such guy and phantom must be really bad to lose such fight with such massive advantage.

In my honest opinion it's just so much better to play the game in singleplayer.

Because you're not playing a "coop mode", you're playing the online multiplayer which is PvEvP. Just because you don't like something doesnt make it "griefing". The game gives you plenty of advantages to overcome invaders.

give pvp a try, it can be fun.
consider invaders as strong enemies that can pop up randomly. they're legit players who role-play as villains.
it can be rough at low levels tho, some invaders use stuff that isn't really well balanced for low-level pvp. but it will get better already around level 40 iirc.

p.s. level up vigor first. I made a new character two days ago and by level 25 it had iirc 31 vigor. I've put no level in any other stat until that point. I had more HP than several of the twink invaders that I met (I used the taunter's tongue).

Get seamless mod, get used to some invaders now and again, or just play offline.

It's absolutely a facet of the issue. You mentioned the damage disparity between the invader and your "main" but there's also the issue of defense that those extra stats give along with your pool of stamina. One =/>max level co-oper, even after downscaling, can be just as bad as fighting two co-opers and a host. Playing the devil's advocate, additional talismans and optimal late game gear gives them a fighting chance instead of just getting blown up by someone spamming l2. The issue is those gears aren't balanced towards normal players creating a chicken and egg situation.

I agree the pvp system is broken and the host tends to get caught in the middle but that's why I'm advocating for not agitating the arms race and particularly like Honk1's offering to educate op on game mechanics. There's also nothing stopping people from playing through the game single player and with the amount of options given to hosts you don't even need to "git gud" but multiplayer comes with its pros and cons. It's a staple of the genre and isn't going anywhere.

Snaze, Honk1's offer is good on my end too. Feel free to add if you'd like some help.
