poise damage values?

was just wondering if anyone had any resources for weapon poise break points, specifically for the katar. I am wondering if it has the same break points as the other fist weapons, because the moveset for katar, even though its classified as a fist weapon, seems to behave more like a claw weapon, which has a different set of break points. All I have been able to find though are sources for generic weapon break points, nothing specific. or if anyone knows personally that the break points for katar are in fact the same as any other fist I would appreciate it.

edit: slightly out of date as flame of redmanes was nerfed from 40 to 10 along with a few other changes
just don't confuse poise damage for damage level, poise damage is more relevant to pvp in the general sense unless you have something very specific in mind
