There is a mod, that lowers the GPU feature level check to 11.0, but it may have been broken by the 1.09 raytracing update. If it does still work, you can use that but as with all mods you will have to bypass EAC and play offline.

also there is website called " how much fps " it show how much fps you get for specific parts and it says from 50-40 fps with this parts but i want to know which res and which setting it will let me play smoothly
I believe the 750ti is a favourite amongs amazon and chines fake gaming pc sellers. Some advertise it with the 750 ti and call it a gaming pc, which is just lol in todays stnadards (of course you can game with it, just nt recent 3d titles, maybe if you're lucky), and often they sell the pc with a way better gpu advertised, but the price doesn't match, and you'll end up with a 750 in it.
