Best way to unlock the frame rate?

It's mind blowing that they made this title limited to 60fps.
What's the safest way to unlock it?

Check out Nexus mods website.
Couple things about modding though
1: Disable Easy Anti Cheat with another mod (there is a toggle mod for it)
2: NEVER use the same modded save file online
3: if you want to play online, make a backup of your save file.
4: if you do mod, make sure EAC is disabled and you're offline.

Following these, it is nearly impossible to be banned.
