The wakizashi is a weird weapon that is to be paired with a katana. If you try to dual-wield it with another dagger it won't do the powerstance combo.
Just so you know.

So even though it's considered a dagger if you double dagger you can't power stance? So basically it's a katana that's labeled as a dagger and using a katana in the main hand is the only way to get a power stance? I mean realistically that's how they used to operate in real life. The katana was the samurai's main weapon in the walk is out she was used to do seppuku

Well, the Wakizashi is frankly weird, it can't powerstance with other daggers, EXCEPT for a second Wakizashi!

I'm 100% sure it's actually classified as a katana under the hood and just listed in the dagger category since it's so short / wakizashi are considered daggers in japan(?)... there's no other instances of weapons that can be powerstanced with a completely different category and not its own and it's got a couple of regular katana swings in the moveset too.
