ranni quest bug

so i have taked with her and got accepted for the duty but still i cannot open the chest for the fingerslayer blade... does anyone have a solution

make sure you exhausted her dialogue before trying to open the chest. can also try relogging.

also looks like you have to defeat radahn to progress.

Did you actually read or listen what she says? its not only about "exhausting the dialogs" but making the story advance by fulfillign certain goals
