Report a translation problem
You can also check in the system tray for nvidia settings. Right click it and click Nvidia control panel. Then under Display choose Change Resolution. Check if NVIDIA experience app is not finetuning your game. If you enable it it might mess your settings. See if its not messed up there(because windows can be @sshole sometimes).
Check if your cable maybe not messed up. Believe it or not this can cause issue. Specially on 4k resolution with crappy HDMI cables.
0. Just in case, it's always worth updating your driver, so do that first!
1. Open up NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. Go to Manage 3D Settings, and click on the Program Settings tab.
3. Under "Select a program to customize," either find Elden Ring in the drop down menu, or click Add and find it there.
4. Under "Specify the settings...", find Image Scaling and set it as Off. Click Apply.
And that should get rid of the ridiculously over-sharpened images. This is a good fix to keep in mind for other games as well.
