does not doing Ranni's questline lock me out of some areas or can i reach every area of the game regardless like the one where the dragon you find at the three sisters goes?

You need to advance rannis quest in order to get to that location with Adula (and all them yummy starlight shards). That’s the only place that you won’t be able to access afaik

Yes you need to do Ranni's quest to unlock some area.

For example: You'd need the ring from Ranni's quest to unlock that specific area as the ring breaks the seal leading to it.

You miss out on a Spirit Summon, some Smiting stones, a Spell and Starlight shards. So if none of that is of interest to you, no. you dont need to do it

You only need to kill Radahn. The rest of the areas are available via Coffin Taxi.

if u don't do ranni's quest at all, u can't fight leech dragon,so will definitely miss one achievement. Plus an area cannot be accessed normally therefore u miss a legendary spirit,weapon and spell, and of course u miss one ending(all achievement related).

No, u can't. Cause death dragon is the final boss of fia's questline, so u need to do all of her questline plus ranni's questline to where u give her fingerslayer and she give u the statue which will lead u to the cursemark.

You basically have to clear one small dungeon and defeat one miniboss. She does the rest herself. You have to do Ranni's quest as noted above though.
