Can I apply a mod to unlock all graces without getting banned when I go online?
Title. I play offline with anti cheat disabled. I unlock all graces. Then, I delete the mod and turn online. Will I be banned?

Yes. Also, deleting the mod will mean you don’t get to keep the graces unlocked anyway.

Try just playing the game legitimately and you ain’t have to worry.
you can legit walk across the entire game even underground from the point you leave first step.

I have 100% completion, I'm on NG+4. Walking simulator is not fun

No the mod would unlock them and the unlock would persist.
Any modding you do with a connection to their servers will result in a ban.

Modding and removing it doesn’t keep the mod applied. As soon as you delete it, that save file probably becomes ♥♥♥♥♥♥ if you load it again.

Even if it worked, you’d be banned because I’m sure EAC would detect something wrong.

I’m pretty sure that’s not how it works, my dude.

Mods need to remain active to work.

From what I've read, connecting to the ER server with modified game files can get you banned even if you remove the mod first. Sounds risky.

That's true since EAC simply looks for modified files (which is why purely cosmetic mods get banned), but cheating in a vanilla item is perfectly safe provided you follow the steps since the game has no way to know if you are supposed to have it or not.

This is what I have been told about using mods to add weapons/armor to your character. Everything I've read and watched has indicated the same, that you can add items to your character, set everything back to normal, and go back online safely, so long as everything you add is already available in game. I'm not sure if it's accurate or not but if it is I would assume the same applies to sites of grace.

Then you don't know basic coding or computing. Mod is changing native value that has no game trigger to revert other than doing another NG

My worry is that there will be a boss event check for dungeon bonfire that will trigger anticheat.
Eg a bonfire that you need to kill a boss to unlock but havent killed the boss. Only way of doing that is by cheating so it would be a simple anti cheat check. But it doesnt impact multiplayer at all so it shouldn't be flagged, but devs could be monkeys.

It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t actually impact multiplayer my dude.

It’s a mod which is essentially cheating while being connected to their online servers.

If you wanna use the mod, just stay offline. It’s that simple.

are u ok in the head bud?
1. Use the mod that launches the game offline without EAC

2. Launch cheat engine

3.download the public TGA cheat table

4. Event flags > unlock all graces

When you go back online you'll be able to warp between all of them and your account wont be flagged.

imagine being a complete idiot and thinking " r u okay buddy?" Because I had to tell you 3 different times that what you're doing will result in a ban and doesn't work the way you think it does.

The anticheat wont flag it assuming they do it like this

How sure are you about this? Cause when he tries to teleport to a boss grace he hasn't defeated yet, sounds like the exact kind of thing that would flag EAC. Even having it open and accessible might flag it.
