Any guide/walkthrough to do all the main quests

So in my first play through I pretty much did 99% of the boss fights but as far as questlines go I literally only did fia's and no one else and as much as I wanna make some mommy joke here the actual reason was that I was playing completely blind and had no idea about most of the quests

Now I'm doing a second play through with zero summons or spirits or spells and only greatswords/collosal weapons but this time I want to do every single questline in the game, I mean full on every single quest including the small side quests with rando NPCs, so is there any guide that can help me by telling me what to do to meet everyone and not accidentally softlock myself?
