DO NOT enter the door which requires you to unequip all of your armour unless you're prepared for the "last" ending
You can backup your save file and get all endings on one playthrough but it's too late now.
Luckily the game takes like 5hours to beat a second time. Maybe a little bit more if you need to do Ranni's quest.
This will be a more enjoyable experience than juggling with saves (no disrespect C1rex man) and you will actually "live" the history.
Go and play with different builds to have more fun!
No Ranni-chan?!?!?!
HERESY!!!
Just trying to blend in the fandom... :P
You actually can back out of this ending, you just need to finish the Millicent questline, you get an item at the end that cures the frenzy flame mark
Man there is a Radhan appreciation thread around. Take a look but dont complain if you are unable to sleep in weeks.
Sounds weird to kill Radhan after Radagon but hey.....as suggested OP play multiple games. No shame if you have to plain your steps to achieve the two endings left with fextra guides.
After you are done there are 2 other endings wich basically are slight variations of the age of rupture, the Elden Lord standard ending. There are special interactions involving two key characters, new quests, dialogues and even items but in the end Gideon will just narrate the final sentence with the age of <Insert the name of the ending here>.
You can get around this by quitting right before you choose an ending and backing up your save somewhere.
Then you just load your backup after picking an ending and it's like you never picked one.
