Legendary Ashen Remains achievement is not unlocking

I have all 6 legendary ashen remains but the achievement won't unlock.

I've tried to put them in the graces inventory and pull them back out but still, nothing happened. Is anyone else having this issue? and what should I do?

Are you sure you have the correct ones? Because there are more than 6 legendary ashes.
For the achievement you'll need:
Lhutel the Headless
Redmane Knight Ogha
Mimic Tear
Black Knife Tiche
Ancient Dragon Knight Kristoff
Cleanrot Knight Finlay

I did read some people had this problem with weapons, but putting them in chest and resetting grace then taking them out again pops the achievement.

Hmm, shot in the dark but try clearing Steam Downloads cache.
