If it's a new PC and a pre-built one with Windows already installed, i'd suggest re-installing Windows first.
Then i'd grab any driver updates from your motherboard manufacturer's website (chipset, audio, LAN, etc.). If your motherboard's BIOS is a bit older, newer versions also come with general stability improvements and might also be required for certain chipset-driver updates. In case you do a BIOS update, remember to enable the "D.O.C.P."-memory OC profile again afterwards, which just makes your RAM run ad their advertised speeds.
If it's still not fixed, try re-seating the GPU. If you're still running into issues, then it would seem more and more like a hardware-issue (likely PSU or GPU). Even if it's a new PC, sometimes a component is just a dud. I hope i'm wrong, though.
This could indicate a potential issue with the PSU, if a software issue had been ruled out. It's just really annoying (and possibly costly) to troubleshoot, since it requires getting a new PSU and testing it.
Tl;dr uninstalling those heavily taxing options fixed everything. So you may just want to lower your graphics options.
I'm using an R9 380.
I don't touch radeon settings so it should be default
as per this, it is a new custom built PC so i installed windows myself with a media creation tool activated with KMSpico lol. will try rolling back to 22.5.1 drivers first before touching components which hopefully fixes it
What is your RAM spec? Is XMP enabled in the BIOS? What's the motherboard?
I use a A320M-K Asus motherboard with 8x2 Team Elite Plus 3200Mhz DDR4 ram. I don't think I know what XMP is lol
Hmm. The bug reporting tool is being triggered because the APU - the integrated graphics processor of your CPU - is noticing issues. I don't think it's because of the dedicated GPU. I think your 4c/4t CPU is just barely managing to run the game and the crashes are inevitable, as this is under-spec. Min spec for the game is 4-cores, 8-threads. If you had gotten a R3 3300x instead of the 3200g you'd be in better shape my man.
