hard to say. Godrick's "Ancestors one and all... BEAR WITNESS!" was quite the spectacle, and I'd even respect it if he wasn't so grotesque and malformed.
Hoarah Loux probably takes the cake; he's a noble warrior-lord that earned everything he ever had with might. "Thy strength befits a crown" brings Beowulf to mind. Mad respect, even after stomping me to death like 15 times. Marika divesting him of Grace - his apotheosis - that was cruelty.
Regal Ancestor, the spectacle was top notch, actually felt bad after killing it.

I play full melee with Golden Halberd, but the cutscene is wholesome be it the fight take some minutes or some seconds

Btw, you do it using mimic/spirit ash or summoning someone?
As far as I know Malenia dodge the beam easily if you are her only target.
