Yes. Do it at your own risk.

Yes, the mod creator warns of this on their page. The summoning items in SCO are considered modded files to the regular game.

Most likely, yes.

You will absolutely get banned for trying to use a cheated save in the real game.

But, are there any confirmed bans that is caused by converting a save from the mod?

Some months ago someone started a thread crying about being banned. After about 20 posts he admitted to converting a save. You be the judge

yes, there have been a few posts here and/or on reddit.

bans in fromsoft games, ER especially, can be handed out sporadically. they typically hand out bans once per week, but just because you didnt get banned within a week of transferring your save or obtaining an invalid item or whatever, doesnt meant you wont get banned at some random time within the next couple weeks or months, so your friend transferring over and not getting banned isnt a sure way to know you wont be banned, or they wont be banned sometime in the future, especially if your friend transferred the save very recently

The mod isn't "cheating" as some gatekeepers will cry about, But as already mentioned the summoning tools added to the mod are flagged as modded items to the anti-cheat, and that's the part that will get you banned.

Is or isn’t is just an opinion.
Some may argue that modded version is easier and coming back with items and levels gained in mods to the harder vanilla version is cheating.
At the same time item duping via save backup is not bannable. So it’s just an opinion and everybody can have their own.

If it's not cheating then your saves will be valid in the real game.

You don't dope items in the mod, The harder/easier argument we're not going to get into, otherwise the very vocal very minor gatekeepers will swarm in here to repeat the same line they always do for 5+ more pages, I can already hear one of them now.

They are valid in the real game, as long as you don't play online. Beauty of a game that has a singleplayer mode.

Oh look, the same thing you always do in every thread, attack and berate others directly or indirect, who don't agree with your selfish and arrogant opinion and whiny demands.

You're 100x worse than any of the "gatekeepers".

What stupid logic, the file isn't checked for authenticity offline because it naturally cannot be, and will be flagged and deemed invalid the moment it is, as much as you think otherwise, you have a cheated save as the developers deem it so.

The singleplayer isn't just limited to offline, so your entire point is worthless, but whatever you have to believe to make yourself feel better lol.

Why so aggressive?
Nobody cares if others play mods or dupe items in vanilla version. There is no gate to keep.
I just react to opinions smuggled as objective facts.
It’s also funny when people decide to play co-op mod, accept all the rules and warnings and then complain they can’t use the same file in vanilla version.
Why would you even want to play vanilla if it’s worse and apparently doesn’t have good online?
