Went to Roundtable Hold, left, and now I can't go back

Once you've unlocked Roundtable Hold, you'll only be able to access it through fast travel. Roundtable Hold is located at the bottom-left of your map as the "Table of Lost Grace" shrine. So long as you aren't actively clearing a dungeon or in combat, you can fast travel to and from this area at any time.

The reason for the above is that the Hold cannot be reached by physical means.

When you are on the map screen, you can also automatically select the Rounftable Hold grace by keypress (look at bottom of screen for available keys).

The game says that to you when you reach there the first time. You have to pay attention to the game's instructions and texts.

So I'm having the same issue. I'm on NG+ and I couldn't even activate the roundtable. Once I left, it doesn't even show up on the map.
