I wish that defeating the Ancestral Spirits gave Torrent their repetitive looks as they seem to be related to torrent.

The Ancestral Spirits are both horned spectral beasts that double jump just like Torrent.

I just think it'd be cool if Torrent could be armored in the same style as the knight enemy's horses. Could be an item picked up in the respective region that let's his style be changed for a rune fee at a grace. Sort of like removing the cape from a set of armor.

I asked for both Ancestral Spirits being an option as you'd have a non neon blue ancestral torrent option as well.

Also just imagine a possible "Silver" torrent look being unlocked from defeating the secret 2nd mimic tear boss or from a new joke mimic tear fight that impersonates torrent and just jumps around like a lunatic.

I'd prefer a boring Mount & Blade style horse that can charge. It may have horns if it absolutely has to.

Well Sirius all i can do is thank you for your post and i agree 100%. Whats the point of 13gb patches for single player games (have one waiting to be downloaded for Calissto....) thats disk space im not going to be able to use to edit videos, store gifs or whatever i want.
I only see this making sense in WoW or Elden Ring per example, content patches (new dungeons and raids), class adjustements...i saw a lot of them in nearly 20 years and i understand it. WoW is the "heaviest" game i have.

Anyways we are going off-topic and sadly i can see less reasonable and constructive posts than yours in the way. As Gandalf said "drums drums in the deep".

Truth be told, this can be applied to other things like 4k textures, which are quite heavy on memory. My screen is 1080p, never gonna use those textures, so at least the option of deleting them without issues would be nice.

Then sometimes it happens with practical content. Now it's not that bad, but for Shogun 2 TW i had a computer with 120gb of HDD. They game went from something like 8 GB to 15 for the expansions, which were mandatory even if you would not use them. The reason they give is "so people without them can multi with people who have them". Problem is i had no intention of using S2TW multi, so it was 7-8GB literally wasted.

I don't watch very many Youtubers, but Zulie The Witch (I think) had a video that showed that Elden Ring's armor has adjustable shader zones. Basically if FromSoft would enable the sliders, we could adjust the colors of our armours, similar to "dying" in other games.

I like to wear Maliketh's set, aside from the headpiece. The headpieces I would prefer to wear are completely the wrong color though, so I just settle for the Confessor's Hood.
