She can avoid most spells/throwable items, with a few exceptions like uncharged Lightning Spear (after being hit with spear, she always dashes two times) or the Night Sorceries of Sellia, such as Night Shard. Therefore, either bring homing spells, night spells, or attack during her attack animations.
Borealis's Mist is also effective, as frostbite is her lowest resistance.
Magic damage is more than competant against her.
And an Int casting build, Moonveil has a B scaling. So it might be preferable.
My first time through on PS5 was with a caster, and I used the Frozen Needle to punish her.
She shouldn't dodge night sorcery because of how the AI dodges.
Glinstone blade and rock sling have delayed attacks and the AI tends to dodge at the beginning of your attack animation so that might help if your dex is high enough to quickly cast them.
Frostbite can interrupt Waterfowl Dance but it'll only work once because her resistance will get buffed after the first proc. The only way to reliably do this is with the frost pot.
